Experiences and Projects

• Computer Science Course IA; University of Michigan - January, 2023 - present
  Working as IA for Introduction to Operating Systems (EECS 482 and EECS 498). Hold weekly lab sections and office hours and answer Piazza posts. Previously worked as IA for Data Structures & Algorithms (EECS 281) for two semesters (Winter and Spring, 23).
  
• Student Researcher; University of Michigan & ProQuest - January - December, 2023
  Modeled academic research success as a machine learning problem. Formulated predictive features from two large databases; established truth values suitable for measures of academic success; built streamlined system to train the models.
  
• iOS App Development / 2021 - present
  Built three small iOS apps and an iOS game app (unpublished) using Xcode and Swift storyboard. Link to Porfolio.
  
• CS and Math Teaching Assistant; University of Rochester / January - May, 2022
  Worked as TA for a CS course, Computation & Formal Systems (CSC 173) and a Math Course, Mathematical Cryptography (MATH 233). Graded projects and homework, composed homework solutions, and held weekly study sessions and office hours.
• Data Analyst Intern; DataStory; Beijing, China / June - August, 2021
  Processed and analyzed a large amount of data. Gained insights from data and wrote reports that present data in visual ways to meet the clients’ needs.
• Independent Research in Math History / 2019 - 2020
  Researched and read extensively on Fermat’s Last Theorem; interpreted the math development behind it; analyzed the significance of the theorem and its applications; wrote a research essay.
